Billy has been in the insurance business in the Knoxville area since 1994. Billy is a graduate of Georgia State University and is widely regarded as one of the top trucking insurance professionals in the South. In addition to trucking and transportation, his clientele includes general contractors, industrial and processing, home, auto, and health insurance clients. Billy took on the role of Commercial Lines Marketing Manager with the agency in 2023. He is very active in the community as youth and High School coach. He and his wife Melanie live in the Bearden community with their two sons.
