Amy Moore brings a wealth of experience and a genuine heart for helping others to her role as a Partner at Tate Insurance Group. With a career spanning several years in the insurance industry, Amy has held key positions including Sales Agent with Travelers, Personal Lines Manager with William Blount & Associates, and Director of Personal Lines at Hickman, Johnson & Simmonds before joining Tate Insurance Group as a Partner. Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life insurance—and even holding a welding certification—Amy combines technical expertise with a hands-on approach to client service. She takes pride in providing quick turnaround and being easily accessible to her clients, ensuring that every interaction is professional, personal, and efficient. Originally from Logan, West Virginia, Amy now calls Knoxville home. Outside the office, she enjoys singing and baking for others. In fact, she is a Southern Gospel recording artist—a passion that reflects her uplifting spirit and love for people. Family means everything to her; she has four granddaughters and cherishes teaching them how to bake and sing. When asked about her favorite part of working at Tate Insurance Group, Amy says it’s “working with great account managers and being part of an amazing office.” Her guiding philosophy is simple yet powerful: “Treat others how you would like them to treat your child.”
