Leslie Allen brings over 14 years of combined experience in Benefits and Human Resources, with a strong background in helping individuals and organizations navigate their employee benefits with confidence and clarity. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, where her passion for understanding people and building meaningful connections began.

Leslie is a proud dog mom to Levi and enjoys hiking, spending quality time with family and friends, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers. She is also an active volunteer at her church and finds joy in giving back to her community. Leslie is dedicated to providing support with compassion and professionalism in every aspect of her work.
