Dale Chilton brings over 30 years of insurance experience to Tate Insurance Group, where she currently serves as a Senior Account Manager in the Knoxville office. She first joined Tate in May 2013 and returned in May 2017, drawn back by the company’s integrity and exceptional team environment. Dale began her career with Travelers Insurance in sales and has since built a strong reputation for her commitment to client care. She holds Property & Casualty and Life licenses and has completed numerous courses in coverage counseling, sales, and customer service. Dale takes pride in helping her clients understand their coverage and ensuring they have the protection they need. She believes in doing what she says she’ll do and works diligently to find the best coverage at the best rate for every client. Her philosophy is simple: “Treat people as I want to be treated—with respect and courtesy.” Originally from North Carolina, Dale spent her early years between Knoxville and Hickory before settling back in Tennessee in 1994. Outside of work, she enjoys concerts, reading, and spending time with friends. She’s a devoted Tennessee Vols and Kansas City Chiefs fan. At home, Dale loves spending time with her dog, Opie, and her cat, Patches. For Dale, working at Tate Insurance Group means being part of a company built on integrity—a value she holds dear.
