Joined Tate Insurance Group: May 2022 Diandra Miller serves as Operations Manager at Tate Insurance Group, bringing a strong background in customer service and a dedication to keeping operations running smoothly. While she entered the insurance world without prior experience, Diandra has quickly gained knowledge across commercial, personal lines, health, and claims, applying her organizational skills and hands-on approach to support the entire team. She also holds an Excel certification, which she uses to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Originally from Alaska, Diandra enjoys creating a welcoming and supportive environment at Tate Insurance Group. Her favorite part of working at TIG is the team gatherings—especially the food parties—where colleagues come together to share laughter and camaraderie. Outside of work, Diandra loves cooking for family and friends and cherishes time with her hunky husband, their soon-to-arrive baby, and their fur baby, Anya. Clients can expect reliability, support, and dedication when working with Diandra. She’s always ready to step in when someone is unavailable and ensures that every task is completed thoroughly.
