Tracie Duncan joined Tate Insurance Group in August 2025 as a Personal Lines Account Manager. With a background as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, she brings valuable industry knowledge and a strong sense of dedication to protecting clients’ assets. Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance, Tracie is passionate about helping individuals and families safeguard what matters most—providing peace of mind and support when life takes an unexpected turn. What Tracie enjoys most about working in insurance is being part of an industry that helps others during challenging times. She’s proud to work for a company with deep roots in the community and a long-standing reputation for excellence and care. Originally from Ohio, Tracie also spent time in South Carolina before settling in Tennessee nine years ago—a place she now proudly calls home. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, entertaining, and spending time with her family. Tracie and her husband share a love for riding motorcycles and relaxing at home with their cat, Bob, and hope to add another furry friend soon. She has a son, a 14-year-old granddaughter, and a growing extended family that includes her daughter-in-law and two granddaughters by marriage. An interesting fact about Tracie: in her late 30s, she trained as an MMA practitioner and fighter, competing recreationally for the thrill and the challenge. The experience strengthened her mental and physical discipline—traits she carries into both her personal and professional life. A self-described huge animal lover, Tracie’s clients can expect to be treated with respect, empathy, and kindness.
